A student's life might be stressful at times. Stress is caused by a variety of factors, including homework, social life, parental pressure, university applications, and never-ending responsibilities.
While studies suggest that a modest level of stress can be useful and function as an incentive for children to achieve well, too much stress can have a negative effect on their general well-being. So much so that seventy percent of pupils say depression and anxiety are a "serious problem" in their school.
